Stellar’s Mobile Solar Station to power Purdy Farms Del Mar, Carlsbad, and San Diego locations.

Encinitas, CA — December 1, 2010—Stellar Solar is providing its Mobile Solar Station to power three San Diego Purdy Farms Christmas Tree lots. The Mobile Solar Station will power the CFL lights on the perimeter of the lot and the electric chain saws used to trim tree’s for customers. It’s the first known use of solar to power a Christmas tree lot and certainly the first San Diego solar power lot.
